About Us

Santapost was created by husband and wife team, Mark and Rachel Grice, who were searching for authentic-feeling letters from Santa for their own children. Having become frustrated at the lack of options they chose to instead create their own in 2023, working up beautiful letters which looked like they were from the North Pole.

Their children were so taken with them, completely believing that Santa did in fact know that they had done well at school and been brushing their teeth!, that Mark and Rachel chose to share their letters with other parents. Knowing the existing financial pressures on parents during the festive period, they have fashioned luxurious Santa letters that will sprinkle some Christmas magic without breaking the bank.

Working together they chose to launch Santapost for Christmas 2024, spreading goodwill and joy to all who order. So happy shopping, we hope you love Santapost as much as we do.
